Warranty Terms

If you encounter any issues with your bike's warranty, please contact us at info@amperbike.com with the following information:

  • The email and shipping address used when placing the order.
  • Photos or short videos of the issues along with a brief description.

This warranty applies solely to the original owner of a bike purchased from amperbike.com. It is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts at the sole discretion of AMPERBIKE.

Exclusions:

  • Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow the owner's manual instructions.
  • Acts of God, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, or commercial use.
  • Alterations, modifications, improper assembly, or installation of incompatible parts or accessories.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chain, spokes).
  • Operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or inadequate maintenance.

Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. AMPERBIKE is not liable for unauthorized service, use of unauthorized parts, or consequential damages such as personal injury, property damage, or economic loss.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds will only be accepted with prior approval. To request a return, please contact us at info@amperbike.com.

Conditions:

  • Quality Issues: Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or unresolved quality issue.
  • Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

Important Notes:

  • Returns for personal preferences (e.g., size, color, or design) are not accepted.
  • All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
